Lots of meetings don’t help you make the progress you need. That’s due to problems in the planning, and not being able to create an atmosphere of trust in the group. I can work with you to plan and run your meeting, doing both.
You can have great online meetings! They feel different to face-to-face meetings, but judged by time, practicality and cost compared to results, online meetings can be really successful. You do need to be more focused and planning is more important.
