Find answers to frequently asked questions about our performance support service, processes, and expected results.
You can think of this as an alternative or extension to training. When we do the analysis, we might find that training is not the best way to solve your challenge, and instead you need a big checklist. Or we might find that though an online course is needed, it’s not enough, and we need to send a set of practice questions every week for two months. This is performance support.
Everything is tied to analysis and it is my professional responsibility to not let you waste money by moving ahead without an analysis. Performance support, even more than training is unique and customised to fit your situation. We don’t have to have a training event to tackle challenges this way. If we can solve the problem without running a course, that’s normally better! But this work can be a great extension to training.
If that is what your project needs it, yes, we offer coaching, either with Greg, or with an accredited coach. But the service is not limited to coaching. We can have weekly or monthly discussion groups, forums, references, flow charts, process revisions and more.
