Every project that we take on includes analysis. We don’t produce training materials to order – first we look at your situation, what you’d like to be different, and see whether training will even help. If it won’t, we offer you other ideas about how to solve your performance challenges.
We will run a series of in-depth interviews with you and other stakeholders to explore what your challenges actually are, what causes them, which of those causes are most critical, and where skills are relevant. We can add surveys, focus groups or other methods, too. Then, we analyse those and produce a report. That gives you a full, prioritised, picture of what is creating your challenge, with suggestions for addressing them.
We need your expertise, first and foremost! You are certainly going to be a vital voice in the analysis, because you’re thinking about the issues enough to get as far as reading this! We also need you to identify and set up discussions with the relevant stakeholders, or otherwise support data gathering. We’ll also need you to review and give feedback on the findings and quickly gather feedback from essential stakeholders in your team/organisation.
Analysis is built into any training design or delivery project that we do, so it will be included in the overall cost of the project. If you want a stand-alone analysis, then the costs vary depending on the complexity of the data-gathering and the number of stakeholders. A basic analysis could start from $1800.
